1 cup water
3 Tbsp superfine sugar
2 h&sful ice
Put everything into a blender & blend for 15 seconds only
Immediately strain through a fine sieve into a glass
Drink while still foamy & cold

Heat the Carne Guisada & soften the tortillas on an ungreased comal or griddle
Fill the tortillas with the Carne Guisada & serve
