Breakfast Tortillas

Scrambled eggs
Sauteed hash browns with onions & peppers
Shredded Monterey jack or Cheddar cheese
Cooked bacon, ham or sausage (optional)
Flour tortillas, warmed
Salsa

Layer down the center of each tortilla scrambled eggs, hash browns with onions & peppers & cheese
Fold right side of tortilla over center, then fold left side of tortilla to the center
Fold each end toward center to make a pocket

Sourdough Biscuits

1/2 cup Sourdough Starter
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Mix the first three ingredients in the morning & let set, covered, in a bowl for 8 to 10 hrs

Mix the remaining ingredients & add 1 cup of flour
Stir into first mixture
Knead a few times
Pat out flat & cut into biscuits
Place in a 9-inch square pan that has 3 Tbsp melted butter in it
Dip biscuits in butter & turn over
Let rise for 1 hour

Bake at 350 deg F for about 30 min or until brown
