2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (3 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon MSG, if desired
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 bay leaf
1 cup water

1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup white wine
Vegetable oil
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mascarpone cheese*
3/4 cup sifted confectioners
Hot Mustard Sauce

2 Tbspwater
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Mix dry mustard, water & soy sauce until smooth
