2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 cup honey
1 egg
1 cup applesauce
Combine flour, salt, baking soda & cinnamon in a mixing bowl
Cut in margarine
Add remaining ingredients; beat well
Stir in 3/4 cup raisins, if desired
Bake in a greased & floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350 deg F until the cake tests done, about 40 min
