Oyster Sauce
12 oysters, finely chopped
1 cup oyster liquid
3 Tbspsoy sauce
Mix oysters & oyster liquid in a saucepan
Bring to a boil, & simmer for 30 min
Strain through a fine sieve, then add soy sauce
