Asian Black Bean Sauce

2 Tbsppeanut oil
2 Tbspfermented black beans, rinsed & drained
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tbsprice wine
1 tps sugar
1 1/2 tpss cornstarch

Heat a wok or heavy skillet over medium-high heat
Add the oil, the black beans & garlic
Stir-fry about 12 seconds
Add remaining ingredients & stir-fry about 1 minute or until sauce thickens
