Taco Sauce 2 cups canned tomatoes1/2 medium onion1 clove garlic1/2 tsp Mexican oregano, powdered2 green chiles1 dash hot sauce (if desired)1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper Chop fine onion, garlic, chiles; add to tomatoes & mash until tomatoes are mashed fine Add oregano, hot sauce, salt & pepper This can be refrigerated for two days
