Splatter Dabs
1 cup sourdough starter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Mix all & beat
Pour or ladle onto a hot griddle
Turn over when bubbles form on top of the splatter dabs
