Pecos Pork Chops
1 lb pork chops
1 cup tomato sauce
3 Tbsp chili sauce
1 1/4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Arrange pork chops in a shallow baking dish
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients
Pour over chops, cover, & refrigerate 4 hrs or overnight
Preheat oven to 325 deg F
Place chops on rack in baking pan; spoon sauce over & bake about 1 hour or until tender
