Taco Sauce Recipe
Taco Sauce
2 cups canned tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano, powdered
2 green chiles
1 dash hot sauce (if desired)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Chop fine onion, garlic, chiles; add to tomatoes & mash until tomatoes are mashed fine
Add oregano, hot sauce, salt & pepper
This can be refrigerated for two days
