Chinese Bar-B-Q Pork

2 pork loins
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tps ginger
2 tpss granulated sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsphoney
3/4 tps five spice seasoning
2 tpss red food coloring

Marinade in zip-type bag 24 hrs, turning often
Bake at 325 deg for 20 min, then 300 deg about 1 hour
Keep turning every 10 to 15 min
Cool

Slice thin & serve with hot mustard & sesame seeds
